Set up: a cup of a water and a towel so you may rinse and dry your feet.
As a whole body healing practice soaking your feet in water has gone for ages. Release toxins. Soothe your feet. Prepare: a towel & a large cup of water to rinse your feet. Get warm to hot water and pour the herbs in the bowl. Use ache away after to solidify your foot bath for added healing benefits. All combinations have aromatherapy benefits in mind to further its healing use.

Lavender - super calming that will reduce stress,/lowers blood pressure, aid in having a better nights rest. While reducing inflammation and removing toxins it’ll help tired feet
Holy Basil - The herb contains vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, zinc, and iron. It’s also thought that holy basil acts as an adaptogen, contributing to its reported health benefits to help with skin infections, acne etc. It’s calming effects produced through aromatherapy is an added benefits in this blend.
Comfrey oil- helps directly with muscle soreness & pain reduce painful inflammation and soothe the skin as well as help heal bruises. It has been used to heal pulled muscles, ligaments, osteoarthritis, strains, sprains and fractures. You can apply directly or add more to your foot soak. Apply up to three times daily for three weeks with a one week break. ***Comfrey oil will be available for separate purchase to add for stronger alleviation of pain.**
